Refunds & cancellations are the most necessary part of the air ticketing. Here at farecarts.com you will be processed after cancellation request /claim through the user account section or email confirmation. The procedure for the refund is quite lengthy; this entire process will take around 4 to 6 weeks right after appealing the request for the refund. All of the refund fees are charged on a per-ticket, per-person basis. These fees only access per ticket per person. Well, these fees are only accessed if a refund has been authorized by the suppliers or a waiver has been received when the airline /supplier rules permit such refunds.

Well, airline refunds depend completely on the airline you need to imitate. There are two types of refund: refundable and non-refundable.

Convenience fees paid at the time of booking is a non –non-refundable fee and the same shall be applicable based on cancellations including any partial cancellation request even when a ticket is directly canceled with the airline.

The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For instances where the user canceled his / her within 24 hours of booking needs to alert farecarts.com with the necessary documentation to initiate the refund process. This is advisable to contact farecarts.com within 48 hours of the cancellation request. The entire procedure of cancellation & refund shall be approximately the given time from the day of receipt of the applications and shall be charged post– ticketing services fee depending on the appeal.
